Valard Construction LP

Human Resources/Labor Relations Coordinator - Valard Construction LP
The Human Resources / Labour Relations Coordinator plays a key role in recruiting skilled field workers and ensuring effective labour relations within a dynamic, unionized environment. This position focuses heavily on sourcing and recruiting skilled trade professionals, including heavy-duty mechanics, equipment operators, labourers, etc., while also supporting collective agreement administration, grievance handling, and employee relations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys hands-on recruitment, and has a solid understanding of unionized workplaces.
Project Assistant - Valard Construction LP
Project Assistants will report to the Project Manager (PM) or their designates and assist with daily administrative duties, liaising with office and field staff, and corporate data entry/support. In this position, the Project Assistant would gain field, construction industry, and project administration experience while representing Valard and the assigned project.

Envirornmental Coordinator - Waasigan Transmission Line

The Environmental Coordinator (EC) will provide on and off-site support to Project and Construction Management to identify and reduce, avoid or mitigate environmental risks, maintain construction schedule and ensure Environmental/ Regulatory compliance.

The Environmental Coordinator will provide recommendations to Field Supervisors and work crews on avoiding or managing environmental risks, impacts or incidents during the planning and execution of Project activities.

The Environmental Coordinator will be responsible to develop and submit accurate, timely and complete environmental reporting deliverables as per Canacre standards and Project or Regulatory Requirements.
