Service Technician

Morgan Fuels, a large fuel and propane distribution company operating throughout Northwestern Ontario, has an immediate employment opportunity for a full-time Service Technician. The position is based out of Thunder Bay and will serve the entire area Morgan Fuels operates in. Responsibilities include assisting in installations, repairs, and servicing of tanks and equipment. The company will assist the successful candidate in working towards their G2 (Gas Fitter) license if not already obtained. Preferred qualifications include: - Mechanically inclined - Minimum G3 Gas Fitters License - Willing to work towards and obtain G2 Gas Fitters License - Pump Mechanic Certification or ability to obtain - Minimum G driver's license required The successful candidate must submit an acceptable Criminal Records Check. Rate of Pay: - G2: $38.45–$47.17 per hour - G3: $30.85–$37.11 per hour Benefits include Life and Health Benefits, a pension plan (Employer contributes 9%, Employee contributes minimum 6%), product discounts after a 3-month probationary period, and vacation entitlement increasing to 3 weeks after 1 full year of employment.
